NCAA Division II Second-Round Football Action Comes to UNH

After earning an opening-round bye, the University of New Haven football team will host No. 3 seed Kutztown University in the second round of the NCAA Division II Football Championship tournament on Saturday, November 26. Game time at Ralph F. DellaCamera Stadium is set for noon.

In the opening round on Saturday, November 19, the Bears of Kutztown University earned a 17-14 victory at home over No. 6 seed Concord.

Fans can purchase tickets in advance of Saturday's game online at www.newhavenchargers.com/tickets until 10 p.m. on Thursday, November 24. Online ticket orders can be picked up at will call on Saturday.

Ticket sales on gameday, Saturday, November 26, will begin at 10 a.m. at the DellaCamera Stadium ticket booth.

Reserved (Home 50-Yard Line) - $15
(First 200 UNH students receive free admission - sponsored by the University of New Haven)

Tailgating will be allowed in the parking area with the goal of providing a positive game environment.

There are a limited number of reserved tailgating spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. Call the UNH Department of Athletics at 203-932-7017 for reservations. There is a $15 charge for reserved tailgate spaces, which allow for a small pop-up tent and grill.

To ensure an enjoyable, family-friendly atmosphere, all tailgating participants must adhere to the University's tailgating policy and procedures, which can be found on Gameday Central.

Follow Saturday's game with a live webcast, including instant replay, at www.newhavenchargers.com/livevideo. Broadcast begins at 11:30 a.m.

Fans can also follow the game over the air waves on 88.7 FM, WNHU or online at www.WNHU.net. University of New Haven alumni Craig Mortali and Pat Ryan will be calling the action.
