1 p.m. UNH Chargers vs. Merrimack College Warriors



Celebrate Homecoming at the Alumni Tailgate Party at North Campus before the Chargers take on the Merrimack College Warriors.

The party begins at 11 a.m. Come enjoy chili, chowder, subs, chips, beer, wine and other beverages while catching up with classmates.

Enjoy family-friendly entertainment including the UNH Marching Band, a meet and greet with the Charger mascot, and inflatable games.

Register by October 8
Children age 4 through 12: $5

Game Tickets
Game tickets can be purchased online or the day of the game at the Alumni Tent or at DellaCamera Stadium.

Adults: $7 Senior Citizens
Students age 4 through college (with ID): $4

Parking Informatoin
The North Campus parking lot will open at 9 a.m. General parking spots are available on a first come, first served basis. Please plan accordingly.

Overflow lots are available on Prudden Street (the road between Main Campus and North Campus). Shuttle service will be provided from Main Campus to North Campus, stopping at the Prudden Street lots if necessary. View the campus map.
Tailgating Information
Tailgating will be allowed in the North Campus parking lot with the goal of providing football fans, parents, faculty, staff, alumni and students with a positive game-environment experience.

Reserved tailgating spaces are available on a first come, first served basis by calling the Department of Athletics at (203) 932-7017. There is a $15 charge for a reserved tailgate space.

All other spaces are considered general parking and are free of charge. All tailgating participants must adhere to UNH policies and procedures. Pop-up tents and propane and charcoal grills are prohibited in the general parking area.
Hotel Accommodations
Overnight accommodations at Courtyard by Marriott New Haven Orange are available for a discounted UNH alumni rate of $89 per night. To make your reservation, contact Courtyard by Marriott and ask for the UNH Alumni rate.

2010 Charger Huddle

Don't Miss the Charger Huddle on October 22
The 2010 Charger Huddle will take place on Friday, October 22, at Anthony's Ocean View in New Haven. Begin Homecoming Weekend by celebrating Charger athletics. Cost of the event is $55 per person, which includes an open bar, a carving station and hearty hors d'oeuvres. Advanced ticket purchase is required. UNH vs. Southern Connecticut: October 9

Take a Kid to the Game Day, Second Annual Community Day
Coming off an impressive 49-28 victory over Stonehill College on Saturday, October 2, the Chargers (4-1 overall, 2-1 Northeast-10) return home on Saturday, October 9, when they play host to cross-town rival Southern Connecticut State University (3-2 overall, 3-0 Northeast-10) in a Northeast-10 Conference showdown. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. in DellaCamera Stadium. Come early and enjoy the Second Annual Community Day beginning at 10 a.m. There will be a pizza challenge and pregame activities for the kids including face painting and inflatables. Free admission for all kids accompanied by an adult.
